Stagewood makes DJ booths for individuals and businesses within the European Union. The website presents Mono, Stereo and bespoke booths. It is not an automated online shop and has no checkout or card payment. Product specifications and sales conditions are agreed individually.
Submitting a form starts a quotation or design discussion. It does not conclude a sale or create a payment obligation. A technical receipt is not order acceptance. Fields can be corrected and attachments removed before submission. Later corrections can be requested at info@stagewood.eu, quoting the enquiry ID where available. If online submission is unavailable, contact us by email or telephone.
Before confirming an order, the parties separately agree the specification, price and currency, taxes and other costs, quotation validity, acceptance process, payment terms, production deadline, delivery and handover. These are recorded in the individual quotation or agreement. The website imposes no standard deposit or payment schedule. Contract language and documentation are agreed during the discussion. Consumers must receive the required pre-contract information on a durable medium as applicable.
Photographs show completed booths and details. Controllers, laptops, audio equipment, logos or accessories in a photograph are included only if the individual agreement says so. Lighting and screen settings affect colour appearance. Indicative production times are not a delivery commitment; the individual agreement defines the deadline and its starting conditions. Changes to an approved specification require agreement on their price and timing.
Only supply artwork you are entitled to use for consultation and the agreed manufacture. Submission does not authorise publication in a portfolio or advertising. The form accepts reference images; final production artwork formats and quality are agreed separately. Do not send unlawful content or unnecessary personal information.
An individual agreement cannot remove mandatory consumer protections. Distance consumer purchases generally carry a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt. An exception may apply to goods made to the consumer’s instructions or clearly personalised; being made to order does not automatically exempt every product. Product-specific withdrawal information or the applicable exception must be provided before contracting. These website terms do not replace the consumer documents required for the individual sale.
Report defects or complaints to info@stagewood.eu, +36 30 541 5356, or the registered address, with the order reference, issue and reply details. Oral consumer complaints are examined immediately; if unresolved or disputed, a record is made. Written consumer complaints normally receive a substantive reply within 30 days. Complaint records and copies of replies are retained for three years. Bespoke manufacture does not exclude statutory conformity or applicable guarantee rights; details accompany the individual contract.
Consumers may seek conciliation, contact the competent consumer authority or bring court proceedings. The appropriate Hungarian conciliation body generally depends on the consumer’s residence; a rejected complaint response provides the relevant contact details. The current directory is at bekeltetes.hu. Later changes to these terms do not themselves alter existing individual contracts. Applicable mandatory protections for consumers in other countries remain unaffected.
