The website has no automated invoicing or card payment.
Fields and selected images stay in browser memory until submission; selecting a file does not upload it. Reloading or closing clears this content; changing forms may also clear attachments. The online-submission provisions apply when you send your enquiry through the website form. Email and telephone enquiry information comes directly from the enquirer. Necessary technical information may also arise from server operation.
Name, email, optional telephone, model, finish, quantity, equipment, destination, preferred date, brief and optional images are used to answer and prepare a proposal. For an individual’s own prospective contract the basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b). For business representatives and general business enquiries it is Article 6(1)(f): the legitimate interest in handling requested business communication and quotations. You may object to that processing. Necessary contact and technical details are needed for a personalised proposal; optional fields may be omitted. Acknowledging this notice is not marketing consent.
Up to three JPG, PNG or WebP images may be attached, 5 MB each and 10 MB total. The server validates and re-encodes images, stripping embedded metadata. It retains filenames and converted images instead of original file streams. This does not redact personal data visible in an image. Supply only necessary material, not identity documents, sensitive data or unnecessary third-party data. Images support your enquiry and are not automatically published or used in advertising.
Unconverted enquiries, discussions and images are retained for six months after the last substantive contact, then deleted. Follow-up contact is recorded against the enquiry. The same limit applies to preparatory copies in the website database. If a contract is made, necessary information must be transferred to separate contract records with a purpose-specific notice and retention period; the enquiry copy is not kept indefinitely. Email copies and images follow the same six-month rule and are also deleted from the mailbox by the controller. Consumer complaint records and reply copies are kept separately for three years as a legal obligation.

Enquiries are stored on the dedicated server with access limited to necessary handling or operations. Notifications and sanitised attachments go to info@stagewood.eu. The designated email provider is Zoho Mail Europe, Zoho Corporation B.V., Beneluxlaan 4B, 3527 HT Utrecht, Netherlands. No external form-handling service is used.
An EU data centre does not itself rule out non-EEA access by subprocessors or support. Such transfers require an applicable GDPR basis and safeguards. Zoho describes its international processing and safeguards in its privacy and processing terms. Ask info@stagewood.eu for information about specific transfers and a copy of or access to the applicable safeguards.
Self-hosted ALTCHA checks a technical challenge to reduce automated abuse. A challenge expires after five minutes and cannot be reused once consumed. Expired records are cleared regularly; short-lived in-memory counters limit requests. The basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(f), the legitimate interest in secure operation. Images are not sent to an external CAPTCHA provider. The website does not profile visitors or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
The stagewood-language local-storage key remembers the selected language until site data is cleared. It supports website use and is not an advertising tracker. The website code has no analytics or advertising integration. Normal access logging is disabled on the Stagewood web server; diagnostic error logs are size-limited. Technical protection serves secure website operation under the legitimate-interest basis in GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, or object to legitimate-interest processing on grounds relating to your situation. Contact info@stagewood.eu. Proportionate identity checks may be requested where reasonably necessary; do not send identity documents unsolicited. We normally respond within one month and inform you within that period of any justified extension and its reasons.
You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or seek a judicial remedy.
